My first esoteric title, Mastering the Mystical Heptarchy, was released by Pendraig Publishing in 2011. Since then I have published two more books on the Enochian tradition, Mastering the Great Table and Mastering the Thirty Aires, and contributed to a selection of anthology titles. Heptarchy was my first foray into what I now call exoteric magick. It is a simplified guide to Enochian evocation and grimoire magick in general,. focusing on the sixteen planetary spirits of Dr. John Dee’s Heptarchia Mystica grimoire. Most Enochian books are full of complex intellectual analysis and exposition that makes the system way more complicated than it needs to be. My Mastering Enochian Magick series simplifies the entire process, to the point that even inexperienced magicians can follow the instructions and get results. The series also includes material that is rarely published anywhere, the proper sequence of ritual forms and actions for constructing effective magical rituals.

Dr. John Dee and scryer Edward Kelley embarked on an exploration of the magical universe in 1580’s England. Dee’s goal was to obtain a true system of magick directly from the angels of the Christian tradition. The first portion of this system dealt with the construction of temple furniture and the attributes and powers of sixteen planetary angels, a King and a Prince for each day of the week along with one more King and Prince who rule over the whole Heptarchial system. Heptarchial work is the portion of the Enochian system most similar to other grimoires of the period, and it is the only portion of the spirit diaries that Dee assembled into a workable magical text. The second portion of the Enochian system, the Great Table or Watchtowers, deals with the classical elements just as the Heptarchia Mystica deals with the planets and days of the week. This second portion of the system is probably the most famous, but also the most controversial. The Golden Dawn tradition took many liberties with the Great Table material, assembling a system from it that in many cases contradicts the original Dee diaries. The system here is presented with attributions from the diaries themselves and follows the same grimoire-based structure as the first book. This simplifies a portion of the system that is regarded as complex and difficult. Click here to find out more and order your copy today!

The third portion of the Enochian system, the Thirty Aires or Aethyrs, deals with the Angels of the Zodiac and Parts of the Earth. Aleister Crowley used the Aethyrs as material for scrying, producing The Vision and the Voice from that work. However, the original design of this portion was as a system of political magick to influence rulers of countries and events. This book presents the Aires in this original context, including comprehensive world maps for the location of each Part and a full grimoire-based procedure for working the system along these original lines. The full Enochian system is powerful and effective, and the methods presented here are simple to learn. Click here to find out more and order your copy today!

This anthology discusses the Holy Guardian Angel, an entity referred to in the Thelemic systerm and The Book of Abramelin, a grimoire dating back to the 15th century. The Holy Guardian Angel is commonly associated with the Augoeides of Theosophy, the Higher and Divine Genius of Agrippa, and even the Higher Self of New Age spirituality. This collection of essays by various authors examines this entity from multiple perspectives across various esoteric traditions. My contribution, “The Descended Angel,” discusses my personal experiences from the point of view of the Thelemic tradition along with my own magical experiments and explorations.
